Description
Nebbiolo grapes mainly coming from different vineyards in the Barolo and Barbaresco area.
Taste
hints of raspberry, currant, mint and spices. Round and elegant tannins, long and refined finish. Robust, intense, powerful when young, complex and elegant with aging.
Vinification
alcoholic fermentation lasts around 3-4 weeks at a controlled temperature of 28°-32°C and is followed by malolactic fermentation in steel tanks and/or barriques. All vineyards are vinified and aged separately. After the malolactic fermentation, the aging continues in wood (barriques and large barrels) for about 18-20 months. The wine is then assembled in stainless steel tanks for bottling.
