Made exclusively from the Melon de Bourgogne grape, it is renowned for its bright citrus and green apple flavours, with a touch of salinity that evokes its coastal origins. What makes Muscadet truly unique is its “sur lie” aging process, where the wine rests on its lees (natural yeast deposits) to develop added texture and complexity. The result is a refreshing, elegant, and versatile wine.
