BACKGROUND IN THE WINE INDUSTRY:
I took an interest in wine at an early age helping my uncle and dad making their homemade wine. As I worked in the hospitality industry I was always at the wine buyers’ side to see what they chose and why. I took some preliminary beverage courses in university but was always sure to read and taste everything I could get my hands on. When I owned my own restaurant my knowledge became even better by talking with agents and suppliers and tasting some rare and fantastic wines!
