Description
Covered with a sea of large yellowish rolled pebbles, the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape offer a unique and timeless view. Tradition dictates that wine are made from thirteen grape varieties, each contributing its own distinctive character.
Taste
Full-bodied, rich and silky. Fine tannins, good acidity and lively finish.

Vinification
Each grape variety is vinified separately. 50% of the blend is vinified in stainless steel tanks, 25% in concrete tanks and 25% in truncated wooden tank.
Aging
Aged for 16 months in a mix of containers: 20% in foudres, 50% in stainless steel vats, 5% in truncated wooden tank and 5% in demi-muids. The remaining 20% were aged in amphoras for 12 months.
