Description
FIRST ROSE’ WINE EVER BOTTLED IN ITALY
Obtained mainly from Negroamaro grapes, it conquests at first sight with the characteristic crystalline cherry-red colour and enchants with fruity scents of cherry and strawberry. In the mouth it is fresh, smooth and nicely persistent.
Food Matching
Suggested with “risotto”, boiled meat and dishes based on seafood and white meat. Very good with “frisa salentina”
Vinification
The wine-making process foresees a particular maceration of the grapes at temperature of 10°C for few hours and following extraction of the must flower 50%. After the static decantation it sets out the alcoholic fermentation in steel tubs at the temperature of 16-20°C
