Description
Jean-Max Roger is a family estate located in the winegrowing village of Bué at the heart of the Sancerre region.
Sancerre Clocher d'Amelie comes from vineyards in the villages of Bué, Amigny & Sancerre.
Taste
This Sancerre on Limestone soil expresses the terroir where the vines have grown, a very fruity style where the acidity gives a pleasant freshness all through the tasting with sharp and long aftertaste.
Food Matching
This wine may be served as an aperitif. It is the perfect accompaniment to the bounty of the sea including crustaceans, shellfish, and raw or cooked fish. It is also a good match for white meats (poultry, veal) and goat’s cheeses in particular.
Vinification
Immediate pneumatic press, cold settlement for between 48 and 72 hours: protection against deterioration of aromas et elimination of vegetal fragments and dust.
