Description
Surrounded by Chablis vineyards on all sides, the family estate was founded in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard, who has since been joined by his son Julien. The estate spans almost 200 hectares, 66 of which are certified organic.
Precision, power and freshness: these are the signature characteristics of Brocard wines. Their unique style is expressed in each of the Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru wines, which are exported to nearly 50 countries.

Vinification
Pneumatic pressing, cold settling.
Alcoholic fermentation using native yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks (18-20°C/64-68°F), complete malolactic fermentation.
Matured on lees in stainless steel tanks for 7-9 months.
