The Domaine BOUSSARD is a family winery. Coming from a family of farmers for 5 generations, Olivier started planting his first vines 30 years ago. His passion for the terroir and the winegrower's profession allowed him to expand and develop his range of wines and appellations over the years.

Dry white wine. Bright golden color. Fruity nose. In mouth, beautiful aromatic freshness with citrus notes.
Food Matching
Ideal with aperitif, oysters, seafood, charcuterie, snails of Bourgogne.
Vinification
Traditional vinification. Aged in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Few sulfites added during the bottling.
