Sava soils are clay-grained and with scarce availability of water the Primitivo vines seek nourishment by sinking their roots several metres underground. This pecularity is reflected into full-bodied wines that are rich in aromas and minerals.
Themo-controlled maceration is follwed by draining and soft pressing at the end of the fermentation. The wine matures in stainless steel to bring forward the intensity of the Primitivo.
